Single cards

We are a market leader in hand packing single cards.  This includes single bagging, affixing product labels and outer bagging into whatever quantity is required. We pack any size cards including jumbo cards.

We hand finish cards in the UK.  Our standard application processes include:

Multipacks of cards

We also pack multipacks of cards. This includes packing into bags, acetate boxes and cardboard lid and base type boxes. We can then either pack direct into outer cartons or secondary pack into trays, as required by many High Street retailers.

Gift wrap

We offer a variety of gift wrap services. We can:

• hand roll small runs of gift wrap
• pack folded wrap into bags with gift tags
• pack flat sheets of wrap into large poly bags.

Hand finished gift bags

We are one of the few businesses that offer a variety of gift bag procedures in the UK. We fold and construct bags all by hand. This includes attaching handles and gift tags.

Gift Products

We collate and pack a variety of gift products and gift sets in our designated clean room. These products include assembling food gifts where the components are consolidated and packed on site. Other products include non food gifts and display bins filled with food items for store outposting.

Product Inspections & Rework

My Pack Company offers 100% Quality Control Inspections for  homeware, gifts, clothing & toys. Inspections are carried against clients' Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) requirements.

We also offer a fast rework service to correct any product problems including relabelling, kimble tagging, shrink wrapping and repackaging.
