SEDEX/ETI Ethical Audits

We are members of the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX). SEDEX is a not for profit membership organisation dedicated to improvements in responsible and ethical business practices in global supply chains.

Regular SMETA audits ensure our commitment to high ethical standards. SMETA audits are monitored against both the law of the land and the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) base code requirements. The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) base code is based on International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions and in many countries local and national laws are in line with the ILO standards.

My Pack has been audited as complying with the following ETI requirements:

1. Employment is Freely Chosen

2. Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining are Respected

3. Working Conditions are Safe and Hygienic

4. Child Labour Shall Not Be Used

5. Living Wages are Paid

6. Working Hours are Not Excessive

7. No Discrimination is Practised

8. Regular Employment is Provided

9. No Harsh or Inhumane Treatment is Allowed
